One Bedroom Duplex


Each unit has 2 double beds in the bedroom and a full bath. There is a furnished living room, a complete kitchen, dining area and a private porch overlooking the river. All units have central air/heat.

Kitchens are stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker and toaster. Linens are provided. Maid service is not offered; guests may exchange linens at the laundry room between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. There are no phones or TVs in the units, however, all units have local TV programming for guests wanting to bring a TV from home.



Note: We have a few units with similar floor plans that have either 1-Queen bed or 1-double bed in the bedroom instead of the 2-doubles. There are designed for 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
