2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY - FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS.

We have a two night minimum stay.  A deposit and a VISA or MasterCard number are required.  Reservations are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the guest is responsible for the total number of days reserved unless the reservation is cancelled or revised as outlined below.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival except for the Zubik House, the Gieseke House, and the River Room.  These require a 60-day notice.  With proper notice, we will refund the deposit less a 10% service charge.  Otherwise the guest is responsible for the total number of days reserved.

Revisions to Reservations

Revisions must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival and are accepted only as our schedule permits.  A service charge may be assessed.
