A dorm-style unit with 8 sets of bunk beds (16 slots) and 2 twin beds. There are 2 half-baths on one end, and 2 full-baths with showers and changing rooms on the other. Double-glass doors open onto a large deck with built-in seating. Central air/heat. The accommodations range is 1-18.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and features a large serving area. There is also a coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. Linens are provided. Maid service is not offered; guests may exchange linens at the laundry room between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

Other features include phone service, wireless internet access and cable TV.

Note: This unit is also available as a meeting space from mid-September through mid-May. Maximum capacity: 50 people.
