| Long term rentals at The Other Place Resort are considered the same as renting a furnished apartment. All utilities
including cable TV and wireless internet are included in the rate. However, we do not provide TV's, radios, clocks, or telephones.
Kitchens are completely stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. |

| Please Note: Unlike property management companies and VRBO's, our family owned business offers an onsite staff
including maintenance. |

| In order to provide a sense of community for our winter visitors we have a meeting space, the "River Room",
which is dedicated for use by our registered guests. Complimentary coffee is provided each morning. Other activities held there include
happy hour, pot luck dinners, card games and book sharing. Sign up sheets for golf outings and shopping trips are usually posted
there as well. |
