The perfect family getaway.
Each Two Bedroom has 2 queen beds in each of the bedrooms and each with their private en suite bath. You’ll have a furnished living room (with a full-size futon), a complete kitchen, a dining area, and a private porch overlooking the beautiful Comal River. All units have AC, HDTVs, and WiFi for you to use. This unit will sleep up to 10 people.
Please note that our two bedroom units are a mix of stand alone, duplex, and four-plex buildings. We will try to accommodate requests for certain units or styles but it will depend on availability.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Parking is limited to registered, overnight guests. No trailers please!
Parking permits are not transferable to another cottage.
No personal BBQ grills on porches or within 10 feet of buildings.
No deep fryers.
No firearms on the premises.
No minors under 25 without parental supervision.
The period from 11 PM-7 AM is designated “Quiet Time.”
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Day visitors are discouraged.
Guests who do not follow these basic rules will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit the remainder of their stay. In addition, they will be denied reservations for future stays.
